Why did I settle in New Braunfels Texas?

This podcast gives my students an example of why i settled in New Braunfels Texas. This is my story and reasons, each settlement will have different aspects that contributed to population growth. Each student has to create a brochure of a large populated settlement and highlight why this settlement was so popular. Each brochure is required to have 5 reasons why that place what settled and 3 fun facts about the settlement.
